Description

Dr. Fischer Zero Riesling Sparkling is an alcohol-free sparkling wine made from Riesling grapes vinified in the Kabinett style, expressing the tradition of Saar German Rieslings. It was created to offer a fresh and fragrant experience while maintaining the varietal character of the grape, with a lively aromatic profile, marked minerality, and a natural residual sweetness that remains perceptible even after the dealcoholization process.

The Riesling grapes are vinified to preserve freshness and aromatic purity, and the base wine is processed in steel to maintain the clearest expression of fruit and minerality. Subsequently, the product undergoes a dealcoholization process that allows the creation of an alcohol-free sparkling wine while retaining balance, liveliness, and varietal character.

In the glass, it is bright and lively, with an aromatic profile featuring fresh and citrusy fruit notes, accompanied by floral sensations and a clear mineral imprint. On the palate, it is light and dynamic, with pleasant freshness, delicate residual sweetness, and fine bubbles that make each sip balanced and refreshing.

Perfect as an aperitif and paired with appetizers, fish and shellfish dishes, Asian cuisine, delicate first courses, and white meats.
