Ischia DOC Biancolella 2017 Cenatiempo
Description
The Ischia Biancolella of Cenatiempo was born in the vineyards of Serrara Fontana, on the island of Ischia, in the province of Naples.
It is produced entirely with Biancolella grapes, harvested and selected by hand between the third decade of September and the first of October. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages for a short period in steel and in bottle for 30 days before being released on the market.
It has a straw yellow color with green reflections. The nose opens with intense aromas of white flowers, enriched with notes of unripe fruit and freshly cut grass. On the palate it is pleasantly soft, with hints of cinnamon.
Perfect for accompanying first courses of fish and stuffed vegetables, it is ideal in combination with all white meat dishes.
