Description

Bàcco is a red with a strong and expressive territorial character that comes from vineyards located on sandy soils. .

The harvest takes place manually between the end of September and the beginning of October. The bunches are pressed and the must is sent to alcoholic fermentation, which takes place at a temperature of 22-24 ° C.

In the glass the wine appears of an intense ruby red color. The bouquet reveals aromas of small black fruits, currants, even in alcohol, in addition to aromas of Mediterranean scrub and sweet spices. The sip is warm and soft, well integrated between all its components.

Ideal to accompany stewed meats, including game, and roasts.
