Description
Finca El Lince is a red wine made from Monastrell grapes grown in vineyards located between 600 and 800 meters above sea level, on limestone, dry, and very poor soils. The yields are low, a condition that favors a remarkable aromatic concentration and structure, typical of the best Monastrells from the Jumilla denomination.
The wine ages for 10 months in French and American oak barrels, a balanced combination that allows the integration of varietal notes with "boisé" ones, enriching its complexity without overwhelming its identity. The vinification process is designed to enhance the fruit's expressiveness, maintaining freshness and body.
In appearance, it presents an intense cherry color. On the nose, it offers aromas of ripe fruit well blended with hints of new wood and delicate nuances of vanilla. On the palate, it is extremely expressive, balanced, and structured, with a full texture and a remarkable persistence.
Perfectly paired with grilled meat, ribs, or spicy and flavorful dishes based on lightly cooked red meat.
