Jumilla DOP Crianza organic 2013 Casa de la Ermita
Description
The Crianza of Casa de la Ermita was born in the vineyards of the Spanish company, located in the heart of the famous Jumilla denomination.
Produced with a blend of native and international grapes (Monastrell, Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon), grown organically, this wine, after the red vinification processes, ages for at least nine months in American and French oak barriques. Bottling and aging in glass follows.
The Crianza of Casa de la Ermita has a very intense cherry red color. The nose offers spicy aromas of licorice and cocoa, with balsamic and mineral notes, to which are added in the final sensations of Mediterranean scrub.
To be drunk after a brief settling, this red goes well with roasts, red meats and well-aged cheeses. It can also accompany white meats.
