Description
Topf's Kamptal Riesling Strass Im Strassertal was born in vineyards located in the municipality of Strass im Strassertal in Lower Austria.
It is produced exclusively with Riesling grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand in October. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 17 ° C. Subsequently the wine ages in steel tanks before being bottled.
Topf's Riesling Strass Im Strassertal has a straw yellow color. The nose opens with delicate aromas of Regina Claudia green plum and pineapple. On the palate it is slender and fruity, with an acidity well integrated with the mineral component and pleasant hints of almond and honey.
Ideal as an aperitif, it goes very well with fish, molluscs and crustaceans, white meats and goat cheeses. In general, due to its versatility, it is suitable for any occasion.
