La Bionda Forte Birrificio La Petrognola

La Bionda Forte was born inside the La Petrognola Brewery, near Lucca. It is produced in the style of the Strong Ale of Belgian tradition, and adorned with a bit of rough Tuscan character.

This beer has an orange-blonde color with golden highlights. The aromas are of medium intensity, with pleasing notes ranging from fruity to spicy. In the mouth it shows a full-bodied beer with good balance, in which the sweet hints of malts and white-fleshed fruit stand out. The finish is moderately persistent, with aromatic traits.

The Bionda Forte enters into perfect symbiosis with seasoned and roasted cheeses, to be experimented in pairs with shellfish.
