Description
The Cimal Garnacha is a red wine from Familia Bastida in the La Mancha area, made from Garnacha grapes sourced from over 35-year-old vineyards cultivated in dry, bush-trained conditions. The soils are clay and stony, with yields under 5,000 kg per hectare. The stones present in the soil help to retain moisture during the long and dry summer season, promoting a regular and balanced ripening of the grapes.
The wine ages for 9 months in both French and American oak barrels, a process that allows for perfect integration between the fruity component and toasted notes. This aging enriches the wine's structure and complexity, maintaining a balance between intensity and finesse.
Visually, it features a deep cherry red color with violet reflections. The nose reveals deep aromas of ripe red fruits, coffee, vanilla, and toasted notes. On the palate, it is long, elegant, and well-structured, with a persistent but soft finish, confirming the quality of the raw material and vinification.
Perfectly pairs with roasted meats, spicy dishes, or aged cheeses.
