Description
Cast iron was born inside the Lambrate Brewery. It owes its name to the nickname, El Ghisa, given by the Milanese to the city police.
This Smoked Stout has an impenetrable ebony color, with a very dense cappuccino-colored foam. The nose offers soft hints of smoked and coffee beans. In the mouth it shows a very refined, enveloping and delicate structure, with notes of coffee, cocoa and smoked barley malt that accompany towards a predominantly hoppy finish.
Perfect with roasted and very spicy Arab or African dishes.
