Description

Giacobazzi 1 is a Lambrusco di Sorbara produced by the Giacobazzi winery of the same name in the Modena area.

It consists of 100% Lambrusco di Sorbara grapes, coming from vines planted on a limestone and clay soil. The harvest takes place between the end of September and the beginning of October, and is followed by a vinification inside steel containers. Second fermentation takes place naturally following the Martinotti-Charmat method in autoclave.

It comes in a very clear and bright ruby red colour. Its perfume has the radiance of the fruit and the flower, declined in the notes of violets, rose, strawberry and cherry. The taste is lively, crunchy in the fruity trait and with a fresh vein to mark the sip. Closes in a persistence of fragrance.

Excellent with a plate of passatelli in broth.
