Description

The Lambrusco di Sorbara Rimosso di Cantina della Volta comes from vineyards located in the municipality of Bomporto, in the province of Modena.

This wine is made from 100% Lambrusco di Sorbara grapes, selected and harvested exclusively by hand in the first half of October. After the classic red winemaking processes, the wine referments a second time in the bottle, at a controlled temperature of 12 ° C. Subsequently it always refines in bottle, on its own yeasts, which are found as a light sediment on the bottom.

Il Rimosso di Cantina della Volta has a bright ruby color with violet reflections. The nose opens an intense and rich bouquet of wild strawberries and currants, enriched with fresh floral notes. In the mouth it shows freshness and elegance, with a finish of great persistence.
