Langhe DOC Bianco 750 m s.l.m. 2016 Principiano
Description
The Langhe Bianco 750 m above sea level signed by Ferdinando Principiano is produced in the Langhe, in Piedmont, famously suited to highly prestigious red grapes, but also surprising in their white berry results.
It consists of 100% Timorasso grapes, typical of the Piedmont region. It is vinified near Monforte d'Alba, in the face of work in the field made of extreme care and attention to the environment. Once the bunches are harvested and the must is obtained, fermentation takes place in steel tanks. A short stop inside them makes it ready for marketing.
Straw yellow in color. The scent is delicately fruity, articulated in citrus expressions of cedar, white-fleshed fruit, flowers and almonds. In the mouth it combines a good body with the acid and sapid vein. Closes in a moderate persistence.
To be combined with a plin ravioli dish with a filling of cheese and vegetables.
