Langhe Nebbiolo DOC 2016 Azelia

The Langhe Nebbiolo di Azelia comes from the company vineyards located in Serralunga d'Alba, in the municipality of Castiglione Falletto.

It is obtained from pure Nebbiolo grapes, which ferment inside steel rotofermenters for 7 days, at a temperature of 28 ° C. This is followed by medium aging in the same containers before the subsequent bottling, which leads to the full affirmation of the varietal character.

Wine with a ruby red color, it offers intense aromas of violet on the nose, which are joined by valuable and refreshing fruity notes that recall cherry, strawberry and red currant. In the mouth it is characterized by a seductive and marked freshness, in full harmony with extremely ripe tannins that invite you to drink.

Ideal to be served with red meat or game dishes, it is excellent in the company of medium-aged cheeses.
