Description

The Langhe Nebbiolo La Malora of the Terredavino Company was born in the renowned hills of Monferrato, in Piedmont.

It is mainly produced with Nebbiolo and Barbera grapes, carefully picked and selected by hand. Maceration takes place at a controlled temperature of 28-30 ° C for about 20 days. After the malolactic fermentation in barriques, the wine ages for the first 15 - 18 months always in barriques and for another 6 months in bottle before being released on the market.

Langhe Nebbiolo La Malora is characterized by an intense ruby red color. The nose opens with an elegant fruity bouquet, enriched with hints of spices and vanilla. With aging, its aromas become even more complex, thus recalling sweet notes of black fruit, tobacco leaf, pastry and undergrowth. On the palate it is pleasantly dry, soft and gives a finish of sweet tannins.

Perfect to drink even after 6-8 years from the harvest, this wine is excellent to accompany mushroom risotto and ideal to be served with baked chicken or soft grilled meats.
