Description

The Langhe Nebbiolo is produced by the Batasiolo company, owned by the Dogliani family, who have been making wine in the Langhe for over four decades.

The wine consists entirely of Nebbiolo grapes, which are destemmed and fermented with skin maceration for 10 days in temperature-controlled steel tanks. The wine is then aged in Slavonian oak barriques and stainless steel tanks.

Intense ruby red in color, it offers aromas of ripe fruit and spices on the nose. The palate is fresh and full-bodied, with decent persistence.

Perfect paired with pasta with ragù, risottos, red and white meats.
