Lazio IGT Pozzodorico 2015 Cincinnato

Lazio Pozzodorico Bellone was born in the vineyards of the emerging Lazio reality of Cincinnato, located near the lava hills.

This white is made entirely from Bellone grapes, harvested during the second decade of September and selected in the cellar. After a soft pressing, the must is cooled to 8 ° C to obtain a natural settling. Ferment in 500 L barrels for about 10 days. Subsequently the wine is left inside the barrels on the noble lees for about 8 months, during which it develops and stabilizes its character.

The Pozzodorico Bellonne of Cincinnato has a straw yellow color with soft golden reflections. The nose offers interesting mineral aromas, with notes of exotic fruit and toasted hazelnuts. In the mouth it is dry, full-bodied and harmonious, with a good final persistence.

To be tasted one year after the harvest, this wine is perfect with first courses and well-prepared fish dishes.
