Locorotondo DOC Bianco Il Selva 2016 Cantina Museo Albea

The Locorotondo Il Selva di Albea was born in vineyards located in the Brindisi municipalities of Costernino and Fasano.

It is mainly made with Verdeca grapes and with Bianco d'Alessano and Fiano grapes, mechanically harvested. After a short cold maceration, the must ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 14-15 ° C. Subsequently the wine is aged for a short period in steel and for 3 months in bottle before being placed on the market.

Selva di Albea has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with delicate hints of yellow fruit. On the palate it is pleasantly fresh and balanced.

Excellent to accompany fresh cheeses, grilled vegetables and white meats, this white wine is ideal in combination with dishes based on fish, seafood and shellfish.
