Vino Bianco Spontaneamente Frizzante Lubigo 2016 Croci
Description
The Spontaneously Sparkling White Wine Lubigo di Ermano Croci comes from vineyards located in Monterosso, in the Piacenza municipality of Castell'Arquato.
It is made from Ortrugo grapes, an autochthonous Piacenza variety. Fermentation takes place with maceration on the skins for 7-12 days. Subsequently the wine ages on its lees in steel tanks for 8 months and for at least 10 months in bottle.
It assumes an intense straw yellow color in the glass. On the nose it releases a fine and characteristic aroma of the original grape variety, with hints of yellow-fleshed fruit and pleasant hints of bread crust. The sip is dry and harmonious, very soft, pleasant and drinkable.
Enhances fish appetizers and shellfish dishes. Try it as an aperitif.
