Description
Cento Filari is a Lugana produced by the Cesari winery, in that area of the Veronese province that fades towards Lake Garda until it laps its shores.
The vineyards dedicated to Cento Filari are located between the municipalities of Pozzolengo and Peschiera, on clayey soils. The finesse of the native Trebbiano di Lugana, or Turbiana, is expressed in this white wine which ages in steel in the presence of its own fine lees.
Straw yellow. The nose is expressed on fruity notes of delicate intensity, together with iodized ones. The taste is elegant, fresh and sapid. It wraps the palate with a good and subtle creaminess. It will give its best if left to wait for a while in the bottle.
Perfect to accompany a grilled lavarello.
