Description

Melibèo is born inside the vineyards of the Santi company, located south of Lake Garda.

This wine is produced entirely with Turbiana (Trebbiano di Lugana) grapes, harvested and selected manually. After a soft pressing, the must is fermented at low temperatures in steel tanks, always decreasing . After fermentation, the wine remains in contact with its yeasts until about February, before being bottled.

Melibèo di Santi offers a pale straw yellow color. The nose offers a first floral scent, which is accompanied by notes of quince and cedar. On the palate it shows great freshness and excellent flavor, with an elegant finish with notes of exotic fruit, which fades into a light bitter almond.

It goes very well with fish and white meats.
