Description

The Malbec El Caballo Antiguo di Marraso is born in vineyards located in the heart of the renowned wine region of Mendoza.

It is produced with grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, with maceration on the skins for 20 days. Subsequently the wine is aged for 7 months in American oak barriques, before being bottled.

El Caballo Antiguo di Marraso has an intense ruby red color with purple reflections. The nose opens with fresh notes of cherry jam, enriched with hints of yogurt and vanilla. In the mouth it is soft and warm, with sweet tannins that accompany towards a pleasantly fruity and persistent finish.

Perfect to accompany red meat-based main courses, it is ideal in combination with game and aged cheeses.
