Marche IGT Passerina 2013 Tenuta di Tavignano
Description
The Marche Passerina of the Tenuta di Tavignano was born in vineyards located in the heart of the Marche.
It is produced exclusively with Passerina grapes, selected and harvested by hand. The grapes undergo a white wine-making process at controlled temperature, then the wine ages in the bottle for at least 2 months.
This wine is characterized by a pale straw yellow color. The nose opens with simple and composed hints, reminiscent of citrus fruits and white flowers, enriched with delicate shades of apple and yellow plum. In the mouth it is sober, with a subtle but not slender structure.
Perfect as an aperitif, it is ideal to accompany fish dishes, vegetable soups and aged cheeses. Also excellent with fries, such as traditional Ascoli olives.
