Description
The Bramaluce by Terenzi is a red wine obtained from a blend of Sangiovese and Syrah grapes cultivated on stony, poor, and well-drained soils in the Tuscan Maremma. The vines, trained in the spurred cordon system, ensure a low yield, contributing to the quality and concentration of the fruit.
The harvest takes place in early October, with some of the grapes left to dry for about 15 days on racks before vinification. The grapes are destemmed with partial berry crushing and fermented in stainless steel at a controlled temperature between 27 and 28°C for 7 days, with skin contact during alcoholic fermentation. The malolactic fermentation occurs naturally in steel, followed by aging also in steel and an additional 6 months in the bottle.
It presents a deep ruby red color with violet reflections. The aroma is characterized by intense notes of red berry and black cherry, while on the palate it is elegant and intense, with mature and persistent tannins that give structure and depth to the sip.
Perfectly paired with meat dishes and roasts.
