Description

The Sauvignon Blanc from Southbank Estate is a dry white wine from the Marlborough region, located in the South Island of New Zealand. This wine stands out for its bright straw yellow color and the freshness that makes it an ideal companion for many occasions.

The grapes are hand-harvested from selected vineyards in the renowned Marlborough region. After the harvest, the grapes undergo gentle processing and fermentation takes place at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, in order to preserve the full aroma and freshness of the wine. Subsequently, the wine matures for a few months in stainless steel to emphasize its fruity notes.

On the nose, fresh citrus aromas like lime and grapefruit are released, enriched by subtle notes of green pepper and blackcurrant. On the palate, this wine presents a lively acidity and a clear, fruity finish, reminiscent of green apples and tropical fruits, offering a harmonious and refreshing taste experience.

It pairs perfectly with grilled fish, fresh salads, or light Asian dishes.
