Description
The Sauvignon Blanc from the Black Cottage winery is above all the product of constant research aimed at preserving the wine environment and biodiversity.
After harvesting, the clusters undergo soft pressing before the must can ferment in steel at low temperatures to maintain the fragrance of the primary aromas.
Pale straw yellow in color with greenish reflections, it has a complex nose of tropical fruit, yellow melon, kiwi and elderberry. On the palate citrus, lime and cucumber notes return, with a pleasant salt thickness and a crunchy drink. Herbaceous flavors are supported by the right acidity and maintained in a medium-long finish.
It can accompany appetizers based on grilled vegetables and spinach omelettes, but it is definitely worth trying with seafood and seasonal salads.
