Description
This Rosé La Croix is a rosé wine made from a blend of Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah and Caladoc, carefully selected to best express the identity of Provence. The result of a constant commitment to quality and rigorous viticulture, this wine embodies the tradition and authenticity of maison Peyrassol.
Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature to preserve the delicate aromas of the grapes. The short ageing period, carried out in steel on fine lees, helps to maintain the wine’s freshness intact, enhancing its aromatic complexity and lively taste.
To the eye, it displays a delicate pale pink colour with bluish highlights. On the nose, intense aromas of ripe peach emerge with a bouquet of white flowers. In the mouth, citrus notes intertwine with a gentle freshness, while a savoury texture and a faint bitter note enrich the finish, offering a delightful sense of vibrancy.
It pairs perfectly with sea bass ceviche with citrus fruits, creamy burrata with pesto and confit tomatoes, lemon and Parmesan risotto, or rustic apricot and rosemary tart.
