Meursault AOC Les Tillets 2017 Alain Gras

The Mersault area has always given expressions of mineral and fine Chardonnay. Alain Gras wanted to tell it with "Les Tillets".

100% Chardonnay grapes, from 30-year-old vineyards grown on clayey and calcareous soils. In the vineyard we look strongly at sustainability and respect for the environment, while in the cellar we proceed with extreme attention to enhance each bunch. The wine ages for 12 months in oak barrels, 50% new.

The nose is punctuated by pungent mineral notes, white flowers and vanilla aromas. Soft and with an excellent body, it is composed in a subtle balance, where salinity stretches the sip and continues it in persistence.

To be combined with a salmon avocado salad.
