Meursault AOC Les Tillets 2017 Patrick Javillier

Patrick Javillier bottles wines that reflect him and that can tell their own wine philosophy. Different versions of Meursault populate its portfolio, in the expressive sign of an elegant and very fine Chardonnay

100% Chardonnay grapes, coming from the iridescent and mineral soils of this corner of Burgundy. The very careful harvests and the careful winemaking for every little variation, allow to bottle healthy grapes and transform them into a wine with a strong identity. The organoleptic characteristics are consolidated in the refinement phase which lasts for 18 months in oak barrels.

Intense straw yellow, embellished with some golden reflections. The nose shows a bouquet of ripe yellow peach, apricot and yellow rose. The perception of the mouth is summed up in a soft, full and always fresh sip.

To be combined with a fish soup.
