Monferrato DOC Bianco N° 32 2012 Noceto Michelotti

Noceto Michelotti's N ° 32 White Monferrato was born in vineyards located among the soft hills of Alto Monferrato, in Castel Boglione, in the heart of the province of Asti.

It is produced with Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc grapes, harvested only by hand. Fermentation takes place partially in steel tanks and oak barrels at controlled temperature, with frequent bâtonnage which gives the wine a good structure.

It is characterized by a yellow color, with greenish reflections. The nose opens with aromas of tropical fruits and elegant hints of white flowers, enriched with delicate vegetable nuances. On the palate it is pleasantly fresh and intense, with a balanced structure.

Perfect to accompany fish dishes, it is ideal in combination with white meats.
