Description

The Les Chaniot white wine from Domaine Albert Sounit was born east of Rully from organically grown vineyards and is a Premier Cru.

The wine is made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, which are vinified in French oak barrels (20% new) with indigenous yeasts, where it subsequently ages for 16 months. Before bottling the wine rests for 2-3 months in steel tanks and is bottled unfiltered.

Straw yellow in colour, it opens on the nose with hints of peach and apricot. The sip is fresh and silky, with excellent persistence.

Ideal in combination with mushrooms and tasty fish dishes.
