Description
The Trevenezie IGT Manzoni Bianco by Serafini & Vidotto is produced exclusively with 100% Incrocio Manzoni 6.0.13 grapes, created from Riesling and Pinot Blanc varieties by Professor Luigi Manzoni in 1930 at the Cerletti Enological Institute in Conegliano. The name indicates the exact location of the vineyard where the best result was achieved: the 13th row of line number 6.
The harvest takes place in mid-September, followed by maturation in steel for at least 6 months on fine lees, to enhance its freshness and aromatic notes.
It presents a bright straw yellow color. On the nose, notes of exotic fruit, citrus, yellow apple, and white peach emerge, enriched by floral nuances, menthol, and sage. The tasting reveals an immediate freshness and a pleasantly mineral finish, making the Manzoni a wine of rare finesse and elegance.
Ideal paired with “dolce” Parma ham, spaghetti allo scoglio and seafood risottos, it excels alongside fresh cheeses, both cow's milk and sheep and/or goat cheeses.
