Description

Oltre il Rosso finds its birthplace within the boundaries of the Trevenezie IGT appellation, mirroring an articulated and rich territory in terms of soil composition and characterized by a temperate microclimate.

Blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot grapes, is the result of an aging in wood of at least 10 months in used barrels of various sizes and of a further refinement period in the bottle of 6 months.

Ruby red wine with elegant garnet nuances. It has a broad scent that includes hints of sour cherry and black currant, medicinal herbs, coffee, vanilla and pink pepper. The entrance on the palate is fresh, develops in elegance with round tannins and touches of flavor. Ends on a spicy finish starring licorice.

It goes well with lamb chops and medium-aged cheeses.
