Description
This Riesling Kabinett was born in the Josephshofer vineyard, located around the famous village of Graach in the Moselle.
It is obtained from a careful selection of Riesling grapes, spontaneously fermented in stainless steel tanks. Subsequently, the wine ages for a long period in the same containers before being bottled.
It has a bright golden yellow color. The nose smells of pears and ripe peaches, along with delicate hints of orange peel, flint and wild herbs. On the palate it is enveloping and structured, round, with a complex and persistent finish on spicy tones.
Ideal in the company of light dishes, it is perfect in combination with fish, white meats and fruit sorbets.
