Description
The Riesling Grosses Gewächs in Kesselstatt comes from the Josephshofer vineyard located around the village of Graach in the heart of the Moselle.
It is obtained from a careful selection of Riesling grapes, spontaneously fermented in stainless steel tanks. Afterwards the wine ages for a long period in the same containers.
It is characterized by a straw yellow color with golden reflections. On the nose aromas of orange blossom, jasmine and vanilla emerge, underlined by a vivid mineral texture. On the palate it is decisive and elegant, with excellent persistence.
Perfect in the company of grilled vegetables and spicy dishes, it goes well with all dishes based on fish and seafood.
