Description

The Nebbiolo d'Alba Spumante Rosé by Batasiolo is an elegant expression of the Nebbiolo grape variety in a classic method style, combining the refinement of fine perlage with the typical delicacy of Piedmontese rosé. It is ideal for those looking for a rosé sparkling wine with character and personality, suitable for convivial moments and special occasions.

The whole grapes undergo soft pressing, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature of about 15-16°C. In spring, the wine is bottled for the prise de mousse, starting the second fermentation in the bottle according to the classic method. Aging on the lees for at least 24 months ensures complexity and depth in the aromatic profile.

It presents itself with a brilliant pale pink color, enriched by a persistent mousse. The nose perceives fruity aromas integrated with hints of yeast and bread crust. The taste is dry, slightly off-dry, with good savoriness and persistent floral notes accompanying a pleasant sensation of freshness. Its balanced structure and overall elegance make it a versatile and refined sparkling wine.

Perfect as an aperitif, it harmoniously accompanies fish dishes, delicate risottos, shellfish, vegetables, and grilled preparations.
