The Vino Nobile di Montepulciano Vallocaia Riserva di Bindella - Terre di Vallocaia comes from vineyards located on the hills of Montepulciano, in Tuscany.

It is mainly produced with Sangiovese and Colorino del Valdarno grapes, fermented in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 25-28 ° C and macerated on the skins for 18-22 days. The wine ages in French oak barrels for 2 years, then it is aged in bottle for 12 months before being put on the market.

Vallocaia is an elegant and complex wine. The nose opens with hints of red fruits and pleasant spicy notes. On the palate it is round and balanced, with a great structure and with a long and persistent finish.

Perfect in combination with red meats and game, it is also ideal as a meditation wine.
