Description

Laudemio Bio Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a high-quality product made from olives sourced from central Tuscany, carefully selected by the Laudemio Consortium. It is produced from a blend of traditional cultivars such as Moraiolo, Frantoio, and Leccino, grown in a particularly suitable area that ensures balance, authenticity, and a strong connection to its origin.

The olives are harvested and processed with great care, using cold mechanical extraction and subsequent filtration, in order to best preserve the natural characteristics of the product; the entire production process is quality-oriented, with rigorous control at every stage to maintain freshness and aromatic integrity.

This olive oil has a bright green color; on the nose it reveals a fruity profile with herbal notes and slight spicy nuances; on the palate, it is harmonious and balanced, with well-integrated bitter and spicy sensations and a pleasant persistence.

Ideal when used raw to enhance Mediterranean cuisine, vegetables, meats, fish, and traditional dishes.
