Description
Badalucca is the name of the Sangue di Giuda wine, a red deeply linked to the winemaking tradition of Oltrepò Pavese.
Its blend is made up of 50% Croatina, 30% Barbera and 20% Uva Rara. The harvest takes place manually in the second ten days of September and the vinification of the grapes takes place inside steel containers. Before bottling, the wine re-ferments in an autoclave.
The glass turns bright purple and bright red. Its perfume is reminiscent of fermenting must and wild strawberry. The taste is velvety and engaging, fresh and fragrant.
Perfect to accompany stewed sausages.
