Oltrepò Pavese Metodo Classico DOCG Cruasé Saignée della Rocca Conte Vistarino
Description
The Oltrepò Pavese Classic Method Cruasé Saignée of the Rocca di Conte Vistarino was born in vineyards located in the Rocca de 'Giorgi Estate, in the province of Pavia.
It is produced with pure Pinot Noir grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. After the classic vinification processes, the second fermentation takes place by refermentation in the bottle, according to the Classic Method, with refinement of at least 24 months on its lees.
The Saignée della Rocca di Conte Vistarino has an onion skin color with slight copper reflections. The perlage is pleasant, fine and persistent. The nose opens with a large and fragrant bouquet, with hints of rose and small red fruits. On the palate it is full and dry, pleasantly fresh and elegant.
Excellent as an aperitif, it is ideal in combination with all fish and shellfish.
