Description
The Orcia Centosei of Tenuta Pometti was born on the Sienese hills, in vineyards located in land with excellent climatic exposure.
It is mainly produced with Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, harvested at the end of September and left to ferment and macerate for about 20 days. Before bottling, this wine undergoes a period of aging in French oak barriques for 12 months.
Characterized by a ruby red color, which will tend to garnet with age, Centosei is a wine with a pleasantly vinous and fruity aroma. On the palate it is dry and savory, with good harmony.
Perfect in combination with dry and tasty first courses, it goes perfectly with courses of semi-hard cheeses and cold cuts.
