Paestum IGT Bianco Palinuro 2016 San Salvatore
Description
The Paestum Bianco Palinuro di San Salvatore was born in vineyards, grown organically, located in the municipality of Stio, in the province of Salerno.
It is produced with Fiano, Greco and Falanghina grapes, harvested and selected exclusively by hand. After a soft pressing, the must ferments in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages for about 8 months in steel tanks and further in glass before being placed on the market.
The Paestum Aglianico Jungano of San Salvatore is characterized by a bright straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with a rich fruity bouquet of apple, pear, plum and fig, enriched with pleasant floral and vegetable notes. On the palate it is fresh, soft and fruity, with excellent minerality.
Perfect to accompany fish dishes, it is ideal in combination with medium-aged cheeses.
