Description

Château Latour is one of the most historic and prestigious estates in the Bordeaux region, with a winemaking tradition that dates back to the Middle Ages. The property is named after the iconic tower of Saint-Lambert, a symbol of the estate, and is renowned for its high-quality production, which is the result of continuous technical innovation and a strong focus on the environment.

The grapes are sourced from vineyards managed with environmentally friendly agricultural practices, with a significant portion farmed biodynamically. Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel containers, where both the alcoholic and malolactic fermentations occur. Maturation happens in 100% new French oak barriques, helping to define the elegant and profound style of the wine.

In the glass, it shows an intense ruby red color with garnet reflections. The aromatic profile is complex, with notes of ripe black fruit, mineral nuances of graphite, and balsamic tones that evoke spices such as cardamom and eucalyptus. On the palate, it expresses great balance, power, and structure, characterized by silky tannins and a long, harmonious finish.

Perfect with refined dishes based on red meats, roast game, or noble poultry.
