Description
The Chardonnay Grande Réserve Boise from Rêveur is a dry white wine produced in the Languedoc-Roussillon region, in the south of France. Made from Chardonnay grapes grown on soils rich in clay, dark sand, and pebbles, this wine reflects the ambition of its creator, Jean Marc, to craft a label that expresses fullness and complexity in a Mediterranean style.
The winemaking process involves a partial manual harvest in the early morning hours to preserve the integrity of the grapes. After a gentle pressing, the must ferments and ages for several months in French oak barrels, giving the wine structure, elegance, and a rich and layered aromatic profile.
In appearance, it has an intense golden yellow color. On the nose, notes of vanilla, ripe peach, pineapple, and cedarwood emerge. On the palate, it is round and velvety, with a creamy and persistent structure, balanced by a fresh acidity that provides balance and drinkability.
Ideal when paired with grilled salmon, seared tuna, roast chicken, or seafood-based dishes.
