Pernand-Vergelesses Les Noirets is a dry red wine produced by Marthe Henry in the Côte de Beaune, Burgundy. Made from Pinot Noir grapes grown in the "Les Noirets" climat on clay-limestone soils with siliceous residues, this wine reflects the producer's commitment to enhancing the terroir through sustainable farming practices and a low intervention approach.

The vinification involves spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, without the addition of sulfites, followed by aging on fine lees in used oak barrels, without clarifications or invasive filtrations, in order to preserve the purity and expressiveness of the wine.

On the nose, notes of red berries, white pepper, and underbrush can be detected, while on the palate, the wine offers a balanced structure, lively freshness, and elegant tannins, with a long and elegant finish.
