Pfalz QbA Riesling Ruppertsberger 2016 Dr. Bürklin-Wolf

Dr Burklin - Wolf 's Ruppertsberger Riesling is made in Germany, in the Pfalz region.

It consists of 100% pure Riesling Renano grapes, coming from vineyards cultivated according to a biodynamic agriculture method. The vines are planted on land composed of gravel and sandstones, both yellow and red. In September the grapes are selected, harvested and softly pressed. The must obtained ferments at controlled temperature in steel tanks. A short passage in wood guarantees a good refinement.

Straw yellow to the eye, it shows a fruity bouquet on the nose, punctuated by apple and white peach, with a floral and delicately spiced kit. The taste is fine and elegant, streamlined by an interweaving of freshness and flavor.

Perfect to accompany a cod on chickpea cream.
