Description
Prosecco Ziobaffa is produced only from organic grapes from the hilly vineyards of the province of Treviso, in Veneto.
Fermentation takes place with selected yeasts at a constant temperature of 18 °C for 8–10 days. The second fermentation takes place in a pressurized tank according to the Charmat method.
In the glass it shows in its pale straw yellow colour with a lively, subtle and persistent perlage. The slightly aromatic scent is expressed in notes of banana and apple, with additions of floral hints of acacia. Fresh and balanced, it closes on a pleasantly dry finish.
Ideal for escorting appetizers and delicate fish dishes, it is excellent as an aperitif.
