Description

Il Casalforte Prosecco Rosé is a Brut sparkling wine that combines the delicacy of Glera grapes with the elegance of Pinot Noir, expressing a modern and refined version of Prosecco in a rosé style. This wine hails from Veneto and celebrates the meeting of freshness and aromatic complexity.

The grapes undergo cold maceration and the primary fermentation takes place at 16°C. This is followed by a second fermentation in an autoclave lasting about two months, according to the long Charmat method, to enhance the aromas and achieve a fine and persistent mousse.

The nose reveals floral notes of rose and violet, followed by fruity aromas of raspberries and wild strawberries, typical of Pinot Noir, blending with juicy notes of peach and Golden apple, giving the wine a broad and inviting aromatic profile.

Ideal as an aperitif, it gracefully accompanies fresh dishes based on fish or vegetables.
