Description

Prosecco Brut Biologico Sig. Tom Bre is a sparkling wine that embodies the elegance and winemaking tradition of the Veneto region, where temperate climatic conditions and the mitigating influence of the sea foster a balanced ripening of the grapes. Made from Glera grapes grown according to the principles of organic farming, it offers an authentic interpretation of a wine symbolizing Italy, telling the story and identity of a territory renowned for producing great sparkling wines with every glass.

The grapes are carefully selected and gently pressed, followed by static cold decanting in steel tanks. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures with selected yeasts, while the sparkling process follows the Martinotti-Charmat method, with a second fermentation in autoclave that gives the wine its typical liveliness. The process concludes with cold stabilization, filtration, and aging in steel before bottling.

In the glass, it shows a bright straw yellow color and a fine, delicate perlage. The nose reveals elegant and complex aromas with fruity notes of peach and green apple, accompanied by floral hints of acacia and lilac. On the palate, it is fresh and light, with a perfect balance between acidity and structure, and a harmonious, lingering finish.

Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs elegantly with delicate appetizers, first courses, sushi, fish, and shellfish.
