Description

The Prosecco Extra Dry Broletto of the Il Dominio company comes from vineyards located in the heart of the Prosecco DOC denomination.

It is produced entirely with Glera grapes, harvested and selected only by hand. This sparkling wine then faithfully follows the canons of the Charmat or Martinotti method, refermenting in an autoclave and refining for a short period in the bottle.

Il Dominio Prosecco Extra Dry Broletto is characterized by a straw yellow color with greenish reflections and a very fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with intense hints of wisteria and acacia, enriched with notes of green apple and yellow pulp fruits. In the mouth it is fresh and fruity, with a good body and a remarkable persistence.

Excellent as an aperitif, this sparkling wine also accompanies light appetizers and fresh cheeses very well.
