Prosecco DOC Extra Dry Loggia Carmina

The Prosecco Extra Dry Loggia di Carmina is born in vineyards located on the hills of Conegliano Veneto.

It is produced entirely with Glera grapes, harvested and selected only by hand. The grapes undergo a soft pressing by means of a horizontal press. Subsequently the must ferments at controlled temperature in contact with selected yeasts, before maturing in stainless steel tanks.

This Prosecco Extra Dry Loggia is characterized by a bright straw yellow color. The nose opens with fruity aromas of peach, pear, banana and green apple with hints of citrus that fade into the floral enriched by slight notes of wisteria and acacia. On the palate it is fresh, harmonious and pleasantly fruity, with a rich and creamy foam.

Perfect to accompany fish appetizers and appetizers, it is ideal in combination with risotto with seafood and spaghetti with seafood.
